We do not offer refunds. Exchange or store credit within 10 days of purchase on regular price merchandise only. If you would like to exchange or return your purchase for store credit, you must let us know within 48 hours of receiving the package via email at sartorial.boutique@gmail.com Return shipping fees are incurred by you the customer. The item being returned must NOT be worn, washed, or damaged and must have all original tags and packaging. All sale items are final sale.

SHIPPING

For orders in Canada we ship via Canada Post Expedited shipping. This includes $100 insurance. Packages generally arrives in 5 business days. If you need it sooner, please reach out. Flat rate shipping within BC $10; Canada wide $15. Currently we only ship in Canada. Local pickup is available.
